Welcome to Go Romana Golf Carts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our golf cart rental booking services in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
Business Entity
Go Romana Golf Carts is operated by BMB Global Trading, LLC, a registered business entity in the United States. All bookings, payments, and agreements are made with BMB Global Trading, LLC d/b/a Go Romana Golf Carts.
Service Description
We are a booking platform that connects customers with local golf cart rental providers in Casa de Campo. We coordinate bookings, handle payments, and manage customer communications, but the physical rental and cart delivery services are provided by our network of verified local partners.
Booking Process
- Submit a booking request through our online form
- Receive a detailed quote via email within 24 hours
- Pay the non-refundable deposit via Stripe invoice
- Sign the rental agreement and liability waiver via DocuSign
- Receive cart delivery confirmation and details
Deposits & Payments
Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable once paid. The deposit secures your reservation and is deducted from your total rental cost.
Balance Due: The remaining balance is due upon cart delivery to your villa. You can pay in cash (USD) or by credit/debit card (up to 18% processing fee may apply).
Payment Processing: All deposit payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive an invoice from BMB Global Trading, LLC.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including force majeure events, travel changes, or rental cancellations.
Booking modifications (dates, cart types, quantities) are subject to availability and may require additional fees.
We recommend travel insurance to protect your deposit in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery & Pickup
Golf carts are typically delivered around 3:00 PM or later on your check-in day and picked up after 11:00 AM on your check-out day. Exact times depend on vendor availability and your selected arrival time.
You must provide a valid villa address in Casa de Campo. We cannot deliver to areas outside Casa de Campo resort.
You or your representative must be present to receive the carts and pay the remaining balance.
Full Rental Agreement
These website terms provide a general overview of our services. The complete rental agreement, including detailed terms regarding liability waivers, damage responsibilities, charge authorizations, operation rules, and all legal provisions, will be provided to you via DocuSign before cart delivery. By signing the DocuSign agreement, you agree to all terms and conditions specified in that document.
